Golden Opportunities is a bi-monthly publication of short articles that will share ideas, highlight issues, and further the knowledge share within our region.  If you have read Bob Shoemaker’s “The Circulating Load”, this will give you an idea of what will be shared … small gems of knowledge that probably don’t get shared via a paper, presentation, or maybe not even in a tech memo to file.
